The sad news was shared in a public statement by the Kennedy Presidential Library.

“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”

Within a published essay late last year, it was shared that she had been suffering from acute myeloid leukemia with a rare mutation.

Acute myeloid leukemia is a cancer that affects the body's blood-forming tissues.
